CISL, as an Engineering and Construction company, our mission is to provide technical services to Clients with the following in view:
- To produce qualitative work output and total product quality to meet International Standards while respecting Client’s Specifications within and beyond anticipated expectations
- To effectively engineer, manage, construct and commission specific projects within our Client’s mindset of operational and corporate strategy in establishing and achieving project completion on or within target key dates as set out by our Client.
- To effectively render sound technical and engineering advice, expertise, and provide evidence of demonstrable capability with minimum supervision as our Client focus on the core of their business.

Statement of Trust
CISL warrants and guarantees that it shall perform all works in the project as may be specified in the contract in accordance with the Client’s scope of work, technical specifications and any addendum to overall contract, and that the work shall be free from defects.
Statement of Obligation
CISL shall carryout its obligations under any contract with the Client and shall execute the project with all due care and diligence and with the skill to be expected of a reputable contractor experienced in the types of work to be carried out in the project.
Statement of Accuracy
CISL shall comply with all Client's instructions on all matters related to work and ensure that the completed work shall be fit for the purpose as specified in the project scope of work under any contract with the Client.
